Magnetic ink character recognition (MICR) is a check identification and processing method.  The MICR on a check is the string of characters found in the bottom left corner of the check.  It is made up of three numbers: the bank routing number, the customer's account number, and the check number. The app has GBP and Euro wallets available, with money exchange possible between the two currencies.
